All series cards are valid for 6 months
from date of your first class.

In consideration of other students please arrive for class on time.

No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

You can check our class schedule and pre-pay for your class passes, workshops and gift certificates online. All workshops require pre-registration.
All classes are listed on Eastern time.

Taking responsibility for your health through yoga can be very empowering and actually counteract the negative effects of stress on your health.  Calming the mind and strengthening the immune system may prevent or alleviate many physical ailments. Explore ways the mind and body communicate, how emotions directly affect the immune system and the power of the mind and its affect on health and well being. Your regular yoga practice provides a wonderful foundation for improved immuno-competence.
