Introduction

Dancing Feet's eight-month Teacher Training will deepen your yoga education so you can instruct others with precision and confidence. Adapt yoga to fit the needs of individuals and groups in any environment. Embark upon a journey of self-exploration and transformation to find the roots of your own yoga. Develop a strong healthy body and an understanding of the vital energies that nourish and sustain well-being. Integrate yoga into your day-to-day life.

Upon completion of the requirements, students will receive a certification (200 hour) from Dancing Feet Yoga, meeting the 180 contact hour standards set forth by the Yoga Alliance. Each weekend workshop is a complete course of study and may be taken independently from the certification program.

Each month you will cover curriculum syllabus material with your instructors, taking what you've learned home to practice and integrate over the following month. Student teaching and assisting begins immediatly as a base for your hands on learning experience. An on-line forum provides continuing contact and support for all participants.
