- A valid credit/debit card is required for auto-billed payment plans.
- Requires a non-refundable deposit of $250 and $300 materials fee to be paid upon registration.

Refund Policy
We know that committing to a teacher training is a big (and hopefully joyful) commitment; it is for our team as well!
To ensure we can invest the resources necessary for an outstanding student experience, we have implemented the following refund policy.
- $250 deposit is non-refundable
- Materials fee is non-refundable after October 16, 2026.
- Tuition
- Before October 16, 2026, 100% of total tuition may be refunded, excluding $250 deposit.
- October 16 to November 1, 50% refund of total tuition may be refunded, excluding $250 deposit and $300 material fee.
- After November 1, no refunds.
- Those choosing auto-payment will be responsible for payments as outlined above.
