Yoga mats and props are provided by Dancing Feet Yoga. Students may bring their own props if preferred.
Resources to Support and Inspire You
You’ll enjoy eight in-person immersive, experiential learning weekends as well as three mini-retreat days for rejuvenation, relaxation, expansion and joy, with guest artists and teachers.
To support your learning process, you will receive:
- Mandala of Asanas, a 350+ page manual, written by Shiva Rea
- Embodying the Flow, a 100+ manual explaining key concepts and Prana Vinyasa sequencing, written by Shiva Rea
- Two online classes with Theresa each month to support your learning and deepen your practice (enjoy live or on replay)
- An invitation to to join our WhatsApp group for real-time discussion and resource-sharing with Theresa
- An online library of classes and additional resources by Shiva Rea available during the training program
- Additional materials to support your learning
You will also have the opportunity to join select live online classes with Shiva Rea as part of the training!!

In addition to the resources provided as part of your materials fee, you will need to purchase:

The Certification Process
To qualify for certification, you must:
- Attend all in person sessions
- Complete all the online classes, either live or in replay
- Successfully complete the written examination
- Share the Prana Flow Pranams and Namaskars for Theresa, your biggest cheerleader!
Certification must be completed by August 30, 2027.
