Due to COVID19, we are currently offering online class options only. Per State of Michigan Guidelines, we cannot offer in person group classes at this time. We have several great virtual class options available. Check out our schedule.
We offer yoga classes for all ages and all experience levels. There are no requirements except an open heart, willing mind, bare feet and comfortable clothing. You’ll find mats, cushions and other props to help make your participation enjoyable. Feel free to bring your own mat and eye pillow if you like.
To receive the greatest benefit from your Dancing Feet experience arrive a few minutes early to settle in, stretch out and get focused.
Sometimes arriving late is unavoidable. Our feeling is better late than not coming at all. If you arrive late please wait till the beginning meditation is over before entering the studio. Enter quietly, with as little disturbance as possible and enjoy class.
